The Adult/13+ Youth class is a 60 to 75 minute class for students who are 13 years and older. Students experience individual and small group instruction. By working together in pairs and groups, members of this class practice new skills as well as find new ways to challenge themselves. This model encourages an all-around approach that better suits older and advanced individuals. Our goal is to meet you wherever you are in your life's journey, whether you have an injury or other factors in your life, we will work to help make you successful and guide the program to fit you where you are!

Ranks for this class are as follows: Non-Belt, White Belt, Orange Belt, Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Blue Belt, Purple Belt, Purple Trim Belt, Brown Belt, Red Belt, & Black Belt. Earlier ranks take approximately four to five months of practice to achieve each rank. The later ranks will take a minimum of six months.
